Delivery
- When products are in stock delivery time is 7-10 days within Europe
and up to 30 days outside Europe.
- When products are not in stock delivery time can be up to 12 weeks.

Damaged products have to be reported within 3 days after receivement.

Should the products have been damaged during freight we will send a new product free of charge. Please remember to take a picture for reference.
- Delivery costs will depend on weight and destination.
Payment
- A new customers is required to pay for the first order before delivery.
- On subsequent orders there is a 14 days credit.
- If the payment is late by more than 3 days there will be a notice fee on 20 EURO or 25 USD for each notice.
- If You wish to return an order or parts of an order within 8 days we will give a full refund on the products, but delivery costs will not be refunded.
Sales
- Sale only to retailers - not to private customers.
- We only accept a limited number of stores to represent our products in each city.
- We reserve the right to say no to a retailer when there is no room for more retailers in a city or if the retailer cannot represent our products accordingly.
- No minimum buy required.
- For purchases over 500 EURO or 800 USD delivery is free.
- Products can be returned within 8 days after receivement in the same condition as original.
- Orders must be directed to info@blumenskau.com or the agent in your country.
